What a fantastic group we had!!! Thank you to those that brought in some food for the morning session food tasting - all of it was very yummy!!!
we had some fresh fruit, pig in blankets, curry with rice, quorn sausages, tuna & potato salad, cheese & lentil wedges (still need to put syn value together for this), snack a jacks, dips (from the new extra easy Christmas book) and cut up vegetables, if I have forgotten anything then please leave it in the comment box below.
The morning group lost this week a wonderful 41.5 lbs and only gained 9 lbs - so really well done to everyone!!! :)
The evening group lost a wonderful 47.5lbs and gained 8lbs so even better!!!!
Am really proud of you all - really well done!!!
The Slimmers of the week were: Sue King, Carol Tipler and Natalie Bushell.
I know it is half term next week - don't let this affect your weight loss please you are doing so well now. I would really appreciate it if you could just get weighed if you are not able to stay because of the children or grandchildren.
Anyway will keep you posted during the week.
